   Agentic AI lead, internal AI Lab project

   ANEO, Alliance IA initiative · Paris

   Structuring, governing and equipping the use of generative AI (Claude) across the organisation: publishing standards, plugin marketplace, Microsoft Teams integration.

   • Wrote the standard for creating and deploying Claude plugins and skills: marketplace structure, plugin, skills, governance, secrets management, publication by pull request. Applied to every plugin in the organisation.
   • Built a reference plugin backed by an MCP server and a plugin-generator plugin, published on the internal marketplace.
   • Claude to Microsoft Teams bridge validated end to end: Azure bot, dynamic relay of MCP tools, Anthropic API calls, access restricted by Azure AD security group.
   • AWS Skill Builder Agentic AI path (Foundational and Advanced), AWS certification in progress.

3. Aug. 2023 to Sept. 2025

   Tech lead and cloud DevOps

   Société Générale, via Aneo · Paris

   The group's internal automation platform: a micro-services web portal on Kubernetes, front end for AWX (Ansible), in a critical, air-gapped banking environment.

   • Platform sized for 5,000 jobs a day, migration of every internal client with no service interruption.
   • Migration from virtual machines to Kubernetes with an AWX upgrade, PostgreSQL 9.6 to 14 migration, Helm charts per environment.
   • Resilience and disaster recovery plan, move from Jenkins to GitHub Actions, pod monitoring and alerting with the Elastic stack, end-to-end tests with Playwright.
   • Portal evolutions: automatic SSH key generation, GitHub App integration, pagination that cut load time five-fold.
   • Ran the agile ceremonies, Ansible training from beginner to advanced and coaching of internal clients until they were autonomous.

4. Oct. 2020 to May 2023

   Lead full stack developer

   Atsukè, SaaS publisher, permanent contract · Paris

   Atick, an SMS transport ticketing SaaS for public operators (RATP, Optile, Keolis), 80% of the French SMS ticket market in 2023, used on buses across French cities, and Instapush, a messaging SaaS.

   • Led a team of 3 to 4 developers: development guidelines, industrialisation and high availability, onboarding of juniors and freelancers.
   • Designed v2 with hexagonal architecture and domain-driven design; Node.js / TypeScript micro-services back end behind a load balancer.
   • Migration from Azure to AWS and update of legacy projects, dockerised environments, Datadog then Grafana alerting.
   • At the end of the project, set up Argo CD for continuous deployment and Kubernetes pod visualisation.

   Full stack developer

   Three B2B projects for the luxury group: internal systems, warehouses and partners.

   • Toolkit V2: a Node.js, TypeScript and Python application for parsing and adapting messages (CSV, XML, text, JSON) for warehouses, React front end, designed from scratch in a team of 3.
   • Galassia and Mercurio: migration of a monolithic Java data service to Node.js micro-services on AWS, one per business flow, in a team of 10; tracking of sold products.
   • Full event-driven architecture with event sourcing: Kafka for message streaming, FTP to SNS and Lambda, every flow replayable from its events.
   • High-traffic monitoring with the ELK stack, Clean Code, SOLID and TDD with Jest, guidance of junior developers.
