Do I need two apps, one per platform?
No. With React Native, one codebase produces both an iOS and an Android app, which cuts cost and time.
Who publishes the app on the stores?
I do, on your Apple and Google developer accounts, so the app stays in your name.
What if Apple rejects the app?
I know the most common rejection reasons and plan for them. If it happens, I fix the issue and resubmit.
